I am currently at level 3 and if I get promoted will reach level 4 including bonus. But just want to know how they will evaluate which level  a person should be? Is it depends on experience?

Level for 0-3 years exp ..Beyound 3 years level 2 is for sr devloper..Level 3 like lead role..Level 4 manager role...

In that case I am currently at level 3 will be few 1000s less than level 4 by end of the year if I get promoted. But either way I am safe. Thanks for clarification. If they ask level 4 mandatory for my exp then I will be in bad shape.

Title lo manager unte compulsory base salary level IV undadli. If you have a good lawyer you can fight for level III.
