need help about new wage level

got a new contracting job but it appears my level 2 wage increased by 50k

94 k undedi 144 k ayindi in washington dc

currently got an opportunity @65 $ on c2c. 

80 20 lo i may get 52$ but it is not even coming level1 wage now. Please advise what needs to be done
