H1 rules may go away..dol wage rules are concerning..hope both go away. 

If you have around 10 yrs exp working as fte all of them falls under level 3 or 4, very few offer increased wages..

I went out of country to mexico and came back with new i94 too for resigning FT and joining prev employer. Covid vachindi 2 salaries vastunnayi ani FT continue chesa...dammu undey  transfer cheyinchukunna to stream line the mess with two jobs monday ney approved. I preached what i practiced. WFH unnantha varaku enduku resign chesta two jobs chesta

EM cheyalo naku telusu...online forum salahalu vini cheyanu.  FT lo takkuva work more money easy to manage ade chesta till covid is over as its comfortable for me.   I moved from state where I have FT back  to consulting job state . Market lo ippudu manchi rates levu i get as much as FT only.  

I practice before i preach online stranger knows what i practice more than i do ...wowwww .

Many people take FT and resign and came back to consulting as it is not challenging enough, interesting enough or realizing grass is greener on other side. Online lo adi cheyi edi piku dammu unte ante evadu cheyadu evadiki edi nachutundo what is good for their career chestaru.   

Opika unte edi chaduvuko ..did exactly as per plan. Covid just helped me which i didnt expect.
