how many calories do you consume in a meal ?

 

Maybe around 1200 to 1300 calories. Hard to say I also eat ice cream with it or a cake etc to get closer to 1500 calories.

Some days eat home made pizza which I make myself. Total body fat around 14% now.

Endurance body bro, next year oka target pettukunna. Be able to run the Pikes Peak marathon, some 13.5 miles of running uphill all the time. 

Dani kosam train avvali, then do an Ironman Triathlon. I can't swim, I am trying to learn that now. It sucks but I am trying my best to be able to swim. Biking also doing regularly, weekends go on 25 mile bike rides.

Yeah no snacks nothing baa. Evari bro alanti addamaina advises ichedi, ignore them man. They don't understand anything about hormones or how they are regulated. 

I do drink green tea without sugar or coffee with no creamer or sugar some mornings.

Good genes em ledu baa both my parents have diabetes. 

I am prone to be diabetic too I guess, but I will fight my best to avoid it.
