The post might seem like preposterous but 50% of Indians will not have 3 lakhs savings in their lifetime .

It's insane how disconnected the real estate market is from reality . I really wish housing is seen as a basic need , rather than a investment .

Just before 2 years. before start of yadagiri gutta and kaleshawaram project.. land rates was too low.

2 lakhs lo yadagiri gutta degara..  now it is 5 - 10 l in yadagiri gutta

and in shadnagar and kadthal also. minimum 7-8 lakhs
