Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham’s opening remarks at Monday’s confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett drew comparisons to his decision in 2016 not to move forward with then-President Barack Obama’s nominee Merrick Garland.
