AMARAVATI: Expressing displeasure over the investigation by the state CID, the Andhra Pradesh high court on Monday directed the CBI to probe the alleged derogatory comments made by ruling YSR Congress leaders in social media against some judges and the judiciary .

I’m just thinking what would be the outcome of this case ? 
 

Derogatory can be in many ways, expressing vocally, in social media by typing or recording the video and posting, It could even be freedom of speech for most of the comments..

Investigate and arrest, but what would be the magnitude of sentence ? Derogatory cannot be measured on scale..
