IMF predicts a sharp economic recovery in India next year, which is likely to push per capita GDP ahead of Bangladesh in 2021 by a small margin. Thanks Bodi modi_spoofdance.gif

size of india's gdp is 9 times of bangladesh. when there is sudden lock down to economy of this size its obvious the gdp growth to tank. biggest financial hubs mumbai, delhi chennai were worst hit many places still under lockdown the gdp fall is inevitable

2021 forecast of 8.8% is highest in the world and shows hoiw it will rebound once the cities are back to normal

First things first, GDP and Per Capita GDP are completely different.

CBN ni Nakka anochu, makes sense...atla ani Nakka ni CBN analem kada ? Idi anthe...GDP is used to measure size of the economy and GDP per capita cannot be used to measure the size...

GDP vs GDP Per Capita

What Is Gross Domestic Product (GDP)?

Gross domestic product (GDP) is the total monetary or market value of all the finished goods and services produced within a country's borders in a specific time period. As a broad measure of overall domestic production, it functions as a comprehensive scorecard of a given country’s economic health.

What Is Per Capita GDP?

Per capita gross domestic product (GDP) is a metric that breaks down a country's economic output per person and is calculated by dividing the GDP of a country by its population.

When ever Per Capita is used, then population is the metric term to determine the performance of measure.

ante...janabha lekkalu ki desha ardhika paristidhi ki direct sambandham anamata...

Population is measured against the size of the economy...direct relation, ante...GDP per capita measure is direclt dependent on population...entha ekuva vunte, GDP per capita measure influence avutundi anamata...
