485 file sesina 180 days after avuthe no need.

If you file in NIW, doesn't matter if you lose your job.

To my knowledge if you lose job before 180 days of filing 485. Then if you didn't got EAD by that time, then you need to find new employer for h1 transfer and start GC from start again. You can retain the old priority date.

It is called AC 21 portability. It is not related to EAD. Even if you didn't received EAD by 180 days, it is still applicable.

I485 file chesina 6 months lopu ni job potey, you have to look for new employer and start ur GC process from start. ead vachina or rakuna you have to start the process from beginning. only priority date use chesukovachu, ur 485 application will be rejected
