3-4 years old home konte em em problems undochu? And is it good idea to buy home now? I have stable job though.. 

And is it wise to make 20% down? first time buying so might sound silly..

3 - 4 yrs picha lite. Maa daggara 50 to 60 yr old houses kuda egabadi kontunnaru

It’s a sellers market right now... house prices picha high lo vunnayu... people are buying coz of historically low mortgage rates and if you are okay with it go for it..

3-4 years picha lite... make sure to get a home inspection and get it fixed or bargain with owner

20% down is always a good approach

3-4 will not have much problems , if you have money pay a good percentage as down payment , it reduces the interest and monthly mortgage payment

if your job is stable then yeah , good time to buy due to less interest rate mortgage loans 

real estate has not slowed down this year as expected so be wary that it can either go or up dependent on the election results and how they form up the policies
