Talking about home prices........ per sqft........ Austin is atleast 15-20% higher than Dallas.

Friend roundrock lo untadu..... 2 years back 3000sqft konnadu for $450K...... looks very basic.

Frisco, Plano......... I can find a decent 3500-4000 sqft home under 500K easily........... Austin suburbs lo 600K-800K pedithe gaani decent home raadu.

In Dallas suburbs $600K you can get a great house.

Easy gaa 100K difference untadi....... dallas homes are cheaper per Sqft.
