neenu same to same bro .... but 10 years gaaa LA , anni jobs ikkadeee .....mari expensive ayipothundi eee place ...  thinking to migrate to different place bro ....

Frisco, Plano......... I can find a decent 3500-4000 sqft home under 500K easily........... Austin suburbs lo 600K-800K pedithe gaani decent home raadu.

In Dallas suburbs $600K you can get a great house.

Easy gaa 100K difference untadi....... dallas homes are cheaper per Sqft.

georgetown/leander side velthe 450k ki manchi houses osthay

Honesty think Austin is all Hype no real jobs. Atleast not comparable with any CA cities. Or there might be lot of jobs that are backfilled without being advertised . Moreover you will probably take a 20-30% pay cut for moving to place like Austin as companies still think it is a small /mid size city
