Aug 12..(HR delayed by 1 year..it should have been 11).. I was in EB3 then got promoted to another position (both are Full time, but different teams/departments) under EB2. I thought of using my previous position....they said that position is not available..So we have to downgrade your current position...This is the main disadvantage of FT (they are not flexible)...On top of it, I have very less hope on this downgrade process (as they will most likely be sent back due to expired PERM)

Ravu babai...I feel this downgrade is a big hoax...They ran out of money...To make money they moved the dates ..and they will decline (instead of returning back)...and u lose ur money.. So they are getting free money for doing nothing.
