Anyways if I were you, poyi judge ki cheppukunta naaa story. Some times judges are very kind if they are convinced. Your ticket will get dismissed. 35 points is too much regardless of how fast you are going.

contest cheyi. tell them you are not speeding there

1. cop might not come. they can remove the ticket then

2. they might not have video evidence. so they cannot prove you are over that speed.

3. they might reduce sentence or give you alternate non moving violation which will not effect insurance. kinda plea agreement. some states will ask you to take a safe driver course.

4. hire a lawyer . they will remove the penalty. you still have to pay a court fee.

WHo is talking about fines ? WHo is saying you shouldnt trust cop ?  Who is fighting for fine? Asalu topic is about points not fine.
