Lemongadda vuncle is in constitutional post. He has that independence and freedom to take decisions.

Jaglaq will use employee union  to lodge a PIL in the high court that any infection /death during duty will be courts responsibility if the court mandates elections to be held immediately . 

Gujarat lo kooda some employee association lodged a protest against holding local body elections , so they postponed by three months .
