Neeku masters degree kavali ante you need to be on F1 status and convert to H1 after graduation. any cpt program no matter in second sem or third sem is considered fraud. May be uscis won't revoke your h1 b right away future lo they will tell uscis error ani chepi port of entry ban and H1b, I140 revoke
