flu shot vaccine shortage in ontario

No doctor or a health worker in any corner of the world would take a flu shot ra ayya, same is the case with vaccine research ScienCysts and pharma guys. .I've been hearing this for the past 15 years. . . .thondara ga thelusukunte less damage tho bayata padatharu  life lo. . .

never took one earlier. I thought will take this year coz ochindho flu ah corona na ani confusion undakudadhu ani

i would say if u r healthy and can maintain good Vit-D level active life style, stay hydrated and spend good amount of time outside or home is ventilated well. .  then you don't need any vaccines or medicines. . . 2 mg of Vit-C per day is enough to keep your over all immunity stronger and keep you healthy, a couple of citrus fruits will provide you 2 mg of Vit-C btw.

tellolu lo kuda masthu healthy untaar anna. . . obesity, sedentary life style, other habits(D's smoking etc.,) and vit-d level etc., valla sick ayya thellolu manakante konchem ekkuva sick ayyi suffering and symtoms ekkuva untayi . . 

How many are getting saved with flu-shots or vaccines. . .
