H4/EAD - Biometrics - Travel

Friend's wife H4 and EAD August receipt  biometrics is still pending. Now she needs to travel for some family reasons. She might need to stay for atleast 4 months.

What will happen to the EAD if she gets H4 stamped in India and returns after 4 months.

She has to re-apply. EAD app rule isnyou should be in USA when it is in process

Is this the case, even she travels after biometrics? Some websites says the application may continue to process

Biometrics is for h4 not for ead. Ead ki usa lo vundali. Ead pamiste lucky

In case H4 Extension is in processing and  visa expired unte , India travel cheyyochha, is it possible to have Visa stamping without I 539 approval notice.  i have my  H1 B approved.

EAD will process but she will not get card... for card bio metrics needed

EAD ki biometrics kadu h4 ki kavali. EAD apply cheyakapoina biometrics compulsory for h4. First adi telusuko..second to apply EAD the person should be in USA. USA lo apply chesi India pothe there is a chance of rejection. I94 chuste..kanisam EAD ki e form vadataro telusa neeku..

per the I-539 form revision, H4 visa extension petitioners are required to pay $85 to USCIS for biometrics, on top of the application fee – $370. The revision of Form I-539 also requires the petitioners to seek an appointment for biometrics at a USCI application support center and attend it in person

vorineeeee yebraaashh.... its simple if they leave USA they cannot come back until it approved...if approved visa stamping poval... EAD muchathaa tharvatha...

In that case, will EAD application be on HOLD till they return with a stamped H4 and latest I 94?

my wife travelled to India after while EAD was in process. EAD was approved and card delivered with no issues.

@SUbba LIngam Nice Bro. Did she give biometrics before travel? Was EAD applied along with H4 renewal, but stamped H4 in India?

We applied H4-EAD after her H4 approval, so biometrics was done earlier. We sent all the EAD documents to USCIS and then my wife travelled to India. EAD was approved and delivered to us while she was still in India. Just recently, she went for H4 stamping and got it done and flew back to USA.

@SUbba LIngamThanks for the Info Bro. In my friend's case, they applied renewal and EAD together. Biometrics is still pending. So they are in dilemma.
