@Yuvasamudram don't worry too much brother.  Iui & IVF have become very common now a days. Heard few stories where couple went for IVF just for the sake of gender even without any issues. 

The journey may be very stressful specially for ur wife. Be patient & support her to the max.

Try AdvancedFertiity institue in chicago. My friend went through this so he told. Heard they are very good to help you undergo this process. One nurse will constantly do follow ups with you taking care of all tests and medicine in this process. 

Success depends on your age, food habits, doing daily excersize, yoga etc as per my friend. he told to check babycenter forum to see preparation for IVF. Also heard that AFI in chicago does very good job since age and time is important in conceiving so they do it fast everything and do not waste time in any step.

If your wife age is above 28 do not waste time going to india or some unknown doctors. Just stick with pros in this field like AFI, sher institute in New York, CCRM in denver, WCM at new york etc. Further check babycenter forum.

This one is in chennai if it works , I highly recommend him. Doctor telugu - Hero Shoban babu gari Alludu. Like everyone’s saying - try IUI first.

my friend had UHC insutance. they covered only once with max amount 20k. on top of that he paid 3k something two years back.

I have Health Scope and they are not covering at all. Need to take second insurance or need to purchase a separate insurance for my wife.

Have heard Rainbow hospitals in India is pretty good for this...They do a complete background study before recommending IVF or IUI..In Hyderabad there’s this doctor Ratna Durvasula in Rainbow Madhapur..She’s considered one of the most credible and successful doctor for such treatments..All the very best & hope you share a very good news once you are successful which you will surely be..🙌🏻

If you haven't tried iui.i would suggest go for iui.plan for 2 iui's for consecutive months don't give any gap.i am not sure about your age.3 years ttc is not to worry much.Still you can try for normal .eat good diet and exercise regularly.Try to take a week leave (during ovulation time)and both of you don't take any stress during time try this.we got normal pregnancy after 5 years.we tried 2 iui which failed before.so still you can hope for normal.

ivf cost 2 to 2.5 lakhs in hyderabad.as some one suggested you can check rainbow hyd dr ratna durvasala or preeti reddy at Kondapur branch.
