netgear has issues with packet drops i observed in relatives home. i use eero from amazon.com (deals untayi baane for 2 pack) they are working perfect. i use cheap wavlink extender and through LAN cable i connect to work laptop. never had issues with office calls. 

konchem costly modem and router combo. initia budget 250-300 avudhi. but astronomical difference in experience.
