In case you haven't noticed , all cases take 10 years minimum unless a big name intervenes . 

The only person who thinks indian courts are good are the ones who have never stepped foot into one

Coming specifically  to divorce cases , it has become a tool to blackmail other party and extract money . 

I have personally seen this happen to my friend from krishna dist , new wife was unwilling to work a job in US and has too many monetary demands.  They separated in less than six months and they have put various cases on him back home and is not willing to divorce him . 

He's a good man, soft spoken , decent job , works hard  , vadiki oka bad habit ABN ekkuva choosthadu anthey .  His parents want him to get married again but the ex wife family  is demanding crores for divorce . 

He can't legally marry in india now
