If this bill passed only one options for ROW, force govt to increase employment  based GC’s .Which is almost impossible. So After realizing how it will effect them, definitely they will try to overturn this or come up with reasonable adjustment for both parties (ROW v Ind)

What is the need? With early aos filing they are also getting all the benefits of a GC. No Indian will be getting GC before them. What is there to complain about?

I am taking it with a grain of salt. Have been burned too many times. But I am 90% sure that we will have some relief in 2021.
