There are pretty good chances this time. They want to move on. Senators cant say..abuse..abuse..without fixing it.  Trumph also started using H1b as his political weapon. Many senators are not happy with that. If they leave it like that it will become future political weapon and that destroys the economy. Legal immigration means not only H1 that includes other visa types and family immigration.

Democrats also wants to move on so that they can focus on illegal immigration and Daca. They dont want simply hang on these kind of immigration issues forever.

These kind of bills will pass silently... I see everyone is trying to take the credit means there is some momentum. Just sit tight and see what will happen. If it wont happen this time and it will take another two years and same nonsense.
