Won’t this early filing EAD help the free flow of skilled immigration ?? People can now come on F1 and then to unrestricted labor access of EAD, won’t this hurt the chances of local Stem students?? They worried this provision will be abused to the core similar to what happened/happening to H1B. Original intention of H1b is totally different then what we see now.

More access to labor market = stagnation of wages, universal truth. Mandi ekkuvythe majiga palachanavtgundi.

There are pros and cons on both sides of the argument. We can’t just say what we want is 100% correct.

This is bullshit. Someone who is capable will get what he is worth, if someone is able to replace you by working for cheaper, it simply means you're not good enough.

If your job is replaced by someone who can do it for cheaper, it means your skill is saturated, not your wage levels.
