Okay, why is applying in huge numbers fraud? How is it fair for someone from Nepal to be a citizen, while someone from India is on H1B, but on the same job? Besides, how is it fair that someone who makes less, contributing less to the economy gets a GC over someone making more and contributing more to the economy?
