 house passed a bill to delist Chinese stocks ... not sure how this effect those stocks ...

Nio and others are already audited by credible insitutionals however, these insitituions are twith their specific country (china), if the bill is passed the PCAOB will need to be allowed to audit the audtiors, so for Nio the PCOAB would audit Pwc, who audits Nio. 

 

It does not mean that Nio and others will be delisted. 

Nio went up today compared to the last 4 days, after hours a fraction of down doesnt mean its a bad stock.

This will prevent some Chinese companies from listing their shares on US exchanges unless they adhere to US auditing standards.

NIO is the only other chinese ev stock I would buy 

But there will be some volatility in short term

Any news I will take it ... just Elon has to keep his mouth shut on stock price ...$780 in 12 months aa .. there is 114 million share a float by December 21st or by year end... no one is ready to sell .. every dip is been brought...believe $780 would be by Jan 5th .. as soon as there deliver numbers comes out...

Xpeng has Some physical assets compared to nio like factories I think would prefer that.. but these Chinese companies never know what is cooking under... except Baba nothing can be trusted
