You got wrong info. He is a principled guy and financially broken and doesn't have good earning other than 1500Rs-3000Rs for his writings in papers and a bit more in the TV debates. His wife has more cash (from her father) than this guy. He was Uni topper in medicine and all his relatives were in the US since 80's and he had opportunity to to the USA stright after MBBS. He didn' choose.

I remember one situation. I think in 2014 JP di oka old interview chusi JP adi idi antunte then they told. He was left with no choice. He was broke. He had to take the offer.
