I know many people who improved their health after following diet plans from Khadar Vali, Veeramachaneni and another guy.... Whether they are 100% healing the health issues or not, people became more health conscious, started eating healthy by replacing polished rice with other healthy grains like millets, quinoa etc and managed to lose lot of weight... People are getting motivated and are seeing positive results too...

exactly - when you follow them you naturally eat less processed food, home made food with good fiber, good fats etc. you also eat less as they are not as tasty 🙂

Yes of course.. but most people in India lacked it for a long time.. with sedentary life style and bad food habits, people became obese and started having severe health issues... we don’t have a culture of playing sports or go for a walk or do work in the backyard anymore... all people in India/Indians do is watch tv or phone.. many people don’t play any sports..

I guess Khadar Vali and VeeramachNeni motivated many people..
