Illegal. HSA and regular health plan have tax implications. As per IRS rules you cannot claim both at the sametime i.e FSA and HSA, the max allowed is 7500/year

secondly you cannot have 2 FT since each employer will need to fill a i9, secondly  employer can sue you and also has H1b implications

thirdly it makes nosense it will be super expensive

If you have concurrent h1b what is the issue?

usually i9 is filled on your first day to work, employment verification should have happen in good faith by the employer either through  a valid i797 or notice of transfer.

secondly, payroll and irs taxation, i9 information will be used by IRS too.

Contracting is whole different game, you can one h1b from one employer but work/contract to multille clients

With concurrent h1b you can be FT for two companies. i9 ki appointment tesukoni u get verified by prometric or exam centers like that within 5 days of employment. Nenu cheppindi FT key. One company two clients ayite two health insurances concept ekkada nunchi vastundi asalu ?

That’s what I said, you cannot work on same i797/h1b at the same time at different places unless you have a concurrent h1b or have filed for transfer of h1b
