does not make sense to be primary on two insurances , rather cancel the high deductible one and go for the low deductible one , you can save on premiums then 

also , if you have more than one primary insurance , you need to inform both the insurance companies that you have two coverages.

This becomes a lot more complex , every claim you make may need to be sent to two companies

why do you want to make your life complex?

HR clause lo clear gaa untundhi that you should inform them if you are planning to take another paying job even in limited capacity ani. Usually for high paying jobs companies do not allow employees to have another FT job with overlapping time/responsibilities.

Nenu Jan 2019 nundi Oct 2019 varaku rendu FT jobs chesa with better insurance in both companies since I needed them...and at the same time hospital visits kuda vellanu and bagane upayoga paddayi...

IT lo manage cheyadam kastam baa. Job manage cheyadam easy kani meetings kastam daily scrum morning meetings , development meetings. two jobs are possible for people who don't have skills and are given low priority and respect by their managers in their current jobs. Matter vunte daily 4 meeting minimum untadhi

are you married? if yes, you skip by saying my spouse insurance lo add ayyanu ani. Aina health/dental/eye insurance, life insurances etc are purely your personal choice....your company cannot point out abt those choices.
