It is legal to do... I researched about it and have done it... your 2nd employer should know about your first employment since he is the one who is filing concurrent....my 2nd job was FT and my 1st job was contract...my timings never coincided...I requested my 2nd employer that I am in the middle of a project and I would like to complete it and the same time work for the 2nd company since I was working 2nd shift at my 1st job...my 2nd employer took his attorney's advice before he hired me...

Time being is ok emo but long term lo will your second employer allow you to work for your 1st employer??

Legally you can work if you have concurrent H1B and coming to employers, usually most of them do not accept and I don't think you have to reveal unless specified...my two jobs were FT but the first one was contract at a client location...my 2nd employer was ok working two jobs since both companies made different product and unrelated to each other...by the way I am not into IT and I am in manufacturing....

Depends on the company and work bro...naaku thelisina chala mandhi, whether USC or GCs, two jobs chesthunnaru and two insurances using...and also depends on job profile too if that person can handle additional stress...

Having two insurances is legal too....
