I worked 2nd shift at my 1st company for almost 3 years and most people who worked with me had a strong reason to choose 2nd shift because either they had their own business and/or have a 2nd job...

one of the plant manager at my 1st work place has been working 2nd shift for the last 30 years only because he loves fixing cars and that's his hobby...he has his own garage and he fixes cars of our employees, friends, and relatives...

Again, I am reiterating that I work in manufacturing...not related to IT though...

that's true bro...andhuke 9 months kante ekkuva cheyaledhu...it all depends on your interest and passion too bro...nenu manufacturing side lo unnanu, so mostly thellolathone pani chestha....I never worked in a place where there were more than 2 Indians at any given time...ikkadi vallu, I mean most people, hardly 5-6 hours sleep ki alavatupadina vallu untaru...for example, production morning 5 am ki start ante, 3:00 to 4:00 am madhyalo occhevallu chala mandhe untaru...

The way I grew up is little different coz I basically need at least 7 hrs of sleep but now I got adapted to sleeping 5 hrs everyday...

Coming to my 2nd employer, he never had any problem though because it didn't effect my performance...appudappudu leaves kuda theesukune vadini..

I hope you already know this FTE two types untayi FTE with hourly pay and FTE with fixed pay.. so fixed pay isthu nuvve vere company ki chesta ante i dont think they will accept ani na personal opinion.. might be wrong too...

All depends on companies bro...sometimes no one really cares too...I know many people in my organization, inside the shopfloor and management, who have their own business or have a 2nd job...

AT my old company, one of our tooling engineer used to work with us and he also was the supplier for us...I don't know how the company accepted his proposal for the business with the company...

Depends on companies and what type of work you do bro...no one can scratch you if you are following the law...usually, companies mundhe inform cheshayi employees ki edhaina 2nd job opportunity clause unte during signing...
