Protein shake

dont over drink protein shakes....if u drink, pls burn calories as well. thelisina oka candidate twice thaagevaadu or more qty...and after few months he was admitted in hospital for heart failure....he is doing fine now but stunt vesaru anta and he is in 30's.....Dr's believe too much protein drinks build up fat and stopping blood flow. So watch out....too much of good is not that good always

For example, people that eat very high protein diets have a higher risk of kidney stones. Also a high protein diet that contains lots of red meat and higher amounts of saturated fat might lead to a higher risk of heart disease and colon cancer, while another high protein diet rich in plant-based proteins may not carry similar risks.
