This is not worldcup.. just a bilateral series.. kohli will play about 150 tests in his career.. he can choose to skip a couple of them for a very important event in his life.. 

India played very bad in pretty much every test series after IPL... BCCI always schedules an away test series right after IPL without any break... and Indians don’t play well in that as they are too tired after 60 days of continuous cricket.. 

Blame the BCCI...

He has spoilt the whole team , his immediate absence won't fix anything . 

He felt that players need not train for bouncy pitches because they are in "national"  team. Whole team is unprepared physically and mentally .

Yeah.. he feels like he represents modern India but actually that isn’t true... if that was the case he would have sorted out differences between him and kumble professionally.. instead went behind his back.
