no one can say with guarantee. But won't be surprised if it retrogress further. once they open all received applications in next few months we will know. 

 

Yeah december lo ekavua applications vasthey they might have to factor in that and retrogress filing dates my only hope is if they consider the spill over from these 3 months then atleast safe bet is they will keep the filing date as jan 14 I am guessing

Uscis doesn't has resources to handle current spill over itself. So the big question is will they apply spill over for next year or waste visa numbers. If they waste then no use of spill over even next year. 

Also keep in mind if consulates open back next year and work with double capacity then there won't be any spill over. Also very much possible democrats might bring a new bill to stop spill over from family based GCs.

Mostly full time job people stay. Contracting people mostly activate EAD. Safer than risking h1 extensions and stamping every time.

Instead of fighting for S386, fight for EB1 restrict regulations, you will have some hope of the getting visa in a decade. Even if S386 passes they will taken by WITCH EB1 companies.

EB1 rules lo loop hole tho WITCH companies abusing. There is nothing illegal about it. Rule language change ayye varaku no body can scratch them. Rule change avvali antey adi Congress through avvali. Adi jaragani pani.

PD 13, it's not going to open up for Filing again in years to come. Even if you jump to new employer it takes good 2-3 yrs for u to get 140 approved.

If I were you I will move to new employer, EB3 done deal they got enough applications for at least decade. Eb2 same lot of applicants before you.

It's very clear don't have false hopes just move for better opportunity.

I am not expecting dates to move forward atleast if the filling date remains same since my PD is 2013 can i apply for EAD in Oct 2021 ..thats what my question is ?

filing dates will remain the same , but you cant use them to apply for adjustment of status.

from jan you can apply for EAD only if your final action date is current which is in 2010 now and will stay there for a while

for now no....it can change any month if they decide to allow applying for EAD based on filing dates..but we never know if they will
