Also the point of reservation is not to "help" anyone. For help you have scholarship etc. Point of reservations is representation. Population lo 50 percent unte they must be 50 percent in every sector of govt. THats the meaning of democracy. REPRESENTATION.

doesnt matter poor or rich. Representation is based on caste because thats what matter in india.
