Extremely difficult.

Even in China, which is not a religious country, dynasties are revered. Through inter caste/religion/faith marriages, may be, these things will become irrelevant. Long process.

20 percent u are seeing as small number

60 % of India population is still in agriculture and it's allied industry

60%+20%govt jobs=80%

In this generation nobody doing agriculture, so only 20% private jobs is available to OC poor, how they can manage, reddy and kamma can manage through connection, remember if you say study well and get a good private job, question paper epudu avg student ni drustilo pettukoni tayar chesthar for any exam,so many of these OC poor people will certainly qualify for some job, but cutoff lo pothundi due to reservation
