If anyone thinks that mRNA changes DNA, they don't know the basics of biochemistry. The central dogma of biochemistry is DNA to RNA to protein. So, how can RNA change DNA, lol.

answer me one thing, does RNA communicate with DNA or not??

when we can alter the RNA to send spike proteins in order to develop immunity, how is this not going to turn into something else such as autoimmunity

mRNA vaccines are first of its kind, any moron who thinks they know the entire science are fooling themselves, there hasn't been wide scale clinical trials ever on these kind of vaccines, first of the definition of vaccine itself has been changed now

COVID has proved one thing, the scientists know nothing that they try to project themselves as, after an year of research this is what they have come up with

there are reports about severe side effects already, please go ahead and get them, thanks for being our guinea pigs, we will get to know what happens to such morons in an year from now

if we are not allowed to say this vaccines alters DNA. can we say this is the first genetically engineered vaccine?? how does that sound

for this who still think mRNA vaccines as same as earlier vaccines (for ex chickenpox), watch this doc

What is the function of RNA? Answer this first. DNA encodes RNA which in turn makes a protein. This is the fundamental principle of molecular biology. This is how transcription and translation works in any cell. So, RNA doesn't encode DNA, but DNA is what encodes RNA which in turn makes a protein. So, if you introduce a foreign RNA into a cell, that will then make the cell to produce a protein. For ages, people used 293T cells for transcription to make them produce a protein. So, the purpose of RNA is to produce a protein. A protein that resembles the spike protein of COVID-19 so that an immune response will be generated against the protein.

So there will be no negative effects  by introducing foreign RNA into human body ?

It will be taken up by myeloid cells to express protein to induce an immune response. The negative effects are because of innate immune response, it's likely it will cause fever.

Innate immune response valla interferon ekkuva ayite some people will have strong adverse effects. But genetic changes cannot happen like you think.

agree for what.. the vaccine will be really effective?

how do you if mRNA doesn't end up messing up the DNA, why is this not called genetic modification

Bro everyone is saying this .... But how is it possible ...torch.gif

so the same technology can used for curing cancer right, why didn't it see light yet

here is one example of mrna concerns

first of all, i am no expert neither anti vaxxer

a vaccine that too a new technology without full clinical trials can be very dangerous to many folks with underlying auto immune conditions, many would simple fall for the propaganda that it is safe, fact is it is safe only when it turns out safe an Invidual, rest are call collateral damage and be part of national vaccine injury program as the companies have full immunity

jeevitam sanka nakopoyaka inka chesedi emi undadu..make sure everyone understand their health conditions and carefully evaluate.. this is surely not a one size fits all underwear that will fit somehow to everyone

lets keep the genetic changes aside, what about severe neurological debilitations, did you know such things happened before?

Isn't this too big a claim? For no single therapeutic intervention, we know the complete picture of what happens in the body. This is a new technology.. and we are mass distributing it without proper trials particularly long term studies. It 'might' turn up worse than the disease itself.

Cancer lo mRNA technology mida chala time nundi research nadustondi... nothing substantial. COVID19 ki approve chesi padesaru which i feel is very hasty.
