Jodimetla is well inside ORR, and just 10km 1 straight road/highway to uppal x road where your get metro to Secunderabad in 15 mins, Begumpet/Punjagutta in 20-25 mins and 45 min to Hitech city.  Uppal x road to MGBS in 20-25 thru metro or by road in 30 mins. 45 Mins to Airport via ORR.

Medipally, Jodimetla, Pocharam, Rampally and Ghatkesar(total East Hyd) is the only side/area of Hyd inside ORR you get property at such lowest prices compared to other areas along ORR, i don't know why, even apartments, plots, readily built houses and gated villas are also 20 to 35% cheaper than the same segment properties in other areas of Hyd along ORR. The growth and appreciation of property prices is slow in east hyd but available at affordable prices and returns/appreciation is slower than other areas but guaranteed as its also a part of Hyderabad  🙂

Pocharam side last 1-2 yrs lo baaga pergayi land rates... I think rates will appreciate much faster from now on as government already sanctioned few IT parks towards Mallapur, Uppal etc... Also, Uppal to Pocharam they are contructing flyover which will decongest traffic. Once this flyover becomes operational they will be more demand this east side.

Recently L&T also trying to sell their casting plant land which is around 700-800 acres located in Uppal,

compared to other areas Vij highway and warangal highway konchem better bro, leaving few parts in Bhongir/naim gangs kabja la unnavi. . . 

West and south side too much issues like kismatpur, prime area Gachibowli/raidurg/khajaguda/half-manikonda anta issues paigah/inaam lands, darga lands, makta lands, Manikonda Alkapuri township motham issues almost 1 to 1 and decade back layouts stuck ayunnayi issues lo though 4 to 5 kms to financial dist. Go for Imamguda.....closer to airport and ORR
