Location: Shaikpet, Jubilee Hills main road. 3 kms to Jubilee hills check post. 4 kms to Gachibowli, 4 kms to Mehdipatnam. You cant find a premier location than this :) Google maps lo you can see the location.

Furnished flat with AC in one bed room. Rent would be 40K/month.

Metro Phase 2 is planned in front of this community. 

Please check the prices of other projects in the same area. Aparna One selling price after bargain is 12k/sft, Harsha developers venture (4000 sft  is the smallest flat there) lo min price is 3.4 cr.

170 sq.yrds lo Villa? The only rosy part to hear is its a Villa. But 170 sq,yds lo villa is not suited for a good living. All rooms will be conjusted and u would feel like to move out in less than 2-3 years once your family grows.

Also you are living in some outskirt with good commute time. You are not winning on anything by living in a small villa in the outskirt.

Rather than that I would recommend a 2000sft flat in a prime location and good community with good amenities. You are part of the actual city/metro/urban life rather than going for a wanna be life style in some outskirt.

1.you get rent every month.

2.Property value hopefully will go up by 20 to 30% in 5 years.

 

Purchased apntmnt in nizampet in the year 2008 on the main next to a college for 34 lks now it is 42 lks. Adhey time la sherilingampalli la oka individual house 20 to 30 lks undey.. Ippudu adhey House roughly around 2 crores undhi... 

This is the analysis.. Inthakantey better ga evvaru chepparu..

apartment is a depreciating asset no matter which prime area you buy..

Lol shaikpet is premier location and puppalguda outskirts aa . It’s 2600 sqft home constructed in 175 yds adhi conjusted aa

Exactly... 15 years tharuvaatha u get nothing.. 

Go for plots or individual houses.. Good place to invest is lingampally.. 2 crores ala pothunnai.. Meeku kaavalantey adigi kanukkuntaa..
