How to sell land in India?

Anybody sold agricultural lands in India without visiting India? The relatives I know are too old to help me and I’m not in a position to visit India. There is no one else who can help me.

Can a lawyer sell it for me honestly? What is the process?

(this is not my friend’s friend’s problem, it is my own problem so no jokes please)

I thought involve a lawyer with power of attorney, not sure

if it is hard earned,when its ancestral then kids too need to sign.

If lawyer is trustable then yes. Otherwise big NO.

even for power of attorney something something ki kooda nuv physical ga undi nee sign anni kaavale. They don't do just like that.

Earned by my father who passed away, not ancestral

Yaa these days lot buyers are asking all relevant signs for ancestral properties. for hard earned also, wife kuda sign seyali ani aduguthunnaru.
