My top picks for 2021 (some are recent IPOs so need few more months for complete charts and atleast 2-3 earning reports to see the growth - so invest bit carefully if you are looking for short term gains) - PLTR, U, ABNB, WISH, NIO

Avoid small caps (anything under < $2B market cap) pharma, bio techs, health care, gold/silver mining stocks, oil, travel sector (at least for short term). 

Above mentioned companies are solid in terms of fundamentals, technicals, balance sheets and cash flows and can gives you good YoY returns. Don't get greedy and chase some random stock recommended on stocktwits or wallstreetbets. And dont simply buy if a stock price seems cheap or if its down 50-60% from its highs.

NIO is also a good buy right now...china EV market is hot...plan to hold for long term...under 45 plan to add some more

I mean non-compliant unte chestharu...I dont see any reason for the bigger companies to be non-compliant with the rules and processes...BABA, NIO, JD, BIDU etc, they all wanted to be listed on American exchanges so why will they not follow the rules

NIO is just getting started ...right now they deliver 44K cars per year...that is what tesla used to do in 2015....now tesla sells 500k cars per year...imagine the NIO price in few years once they reach those levels....ofcourse they wont be able to do it without a cheaper car that may hit their margins, also competition and other things will come in to play ...also their battery as a service (BaaS) is getting good response...but my point is lot of growth is still ahead for NIO...go long
