Like it or not. MI has amazing staff. They are monitoring first class cricket very closely and doing the right bets. Thats paying off in big way.

Talent scouts ni pettaru special ga John Wright used to do it earlier don't know whether he is still handling it, recently parthiv once he is retired they have quickly appointed him in talent scout pool.. 

Pandya brothers & Burmah were identified by John wright, vaallu & CSK are the teams in auction who are very well prepared to go for whom and they bid aggressively once the player is there if not him they keep plan B & CSK is dipping a bit off late on this regards.
