380 paina 2-3 miles undi ee community?, location wise not so great?.

brand new school coming in neighbourhood. very near to 75 which is free, also shopping everything the so called communities doesn't even have shoppings near by people are going to celina and mylissa to buy and no where near to even a gas station. I am trying to give people some visibility of this location.

True thats why i am throwing some light for people going crazy and paying hefty premium lot fee and crazy price for 6500 sq ft lots in frisco. Builders are making hell lot of money. Be wise and drive 2 to 3 mile up north and send your kids to prosper isd which is 9 out of 10 rating schools. You will atleast enjoy a great house depends upon price range with a great nuilder like shaddock. As i 2 time home buyer i want to share this info.

600k ki big house bujji. If you want less you have diff floor plans below 500s. antha doorm entri ra bujji  it depends on where you are measuring the distance from. If you you take downtown as base its just  6 miles away from communities from frisco.  People are buying prosper isd schools located in  frisco, celina, light farms etc and also near rockhill for crazy premiums  and prices which are much far than this community if you measure the distance from your focal point. People are just not aware of this community thats it. I am trying to bring some visibility to this so desis can get bang for their buck. GO and visit this community.

also, park vista and lexington country ki aa cell towers within 1 mile radius lo 2 towers unnai, which is bad anta kada?, not sure lexington and richwood ela boom aindo mari?.
