over the period of time, it is not good to accumulate all race (desis) at one place,

lot of drawback i feel:

- they cant get rid of desi habits (good habits ok, but bad habits kuda alavatavutai)

- after a period of time, desis will become politicians there, funding city ki bisket ayye chances. Fremont is already feeling that heat. - 20 years down the lane.

yeah but as you know, things changed drastically now that favored places like MH and even Sacramento. pre-pandemic times lo MH nunchi 5-day commute with east bay traffic ante brutal but post-pandemic not everyone is going to hit the road so traffic is less comparatively and you only need to commute 2 or 3 days.

agreed there was "flexibility" to do one day WFH before but flexibility and company policy are different which opened and will open flood gates for people to move to places like MH/Tracy/Stockton etc. also, all-time-high stock market with low interest rates is stretching the dollar even further so people are trying to outbid others thereby shooting up the prices to moon.

naa case vinnu...2017-2018 time lo Dublin/Pleasanton/San Ramon lo house kondam anukunnam but traffic ki bayapaddi (we work in SJ/MV area), we started to look around Evergreen area. kani ippudu malli we shifted our focus to San Ramon because commute should be manageable post-pandemic as we don't need to commute all five days. naa lannti vuncles enta manndi untaro zara think cheyyi.
