Yes. 

So people are afraid to upgrade 140 downgrade to premium ? I heard many waiting to get receipts , and planning upgrade after that. 

otherwise 140 might take 7-8 months in normal processing and we have to again wait another 6 months for our employer not able to revoke it. EAD vachina 1 year waste.

Yaa bro what i am observing is telegram group lo east coast Texas valaki November varaki vachayi antunaru, but ikada west coast practical ga chusthe chala mandiki raledu,  @Spartan nenu, @BeerBob123 that is confusion,  telegram group lo they are running scripts also increasing the number and searching,  Westcoast lo 28tarbtha ovariki raledu, paypal eBay lo kontha mandiki reject ayindi
