@csrcsr Bro na PERM new company tho initiate chesaru. Na original PD July 2015. Ippdu ye stage lo na PD transfer cheskovachu. Also ee recon bill pass ithe nenu kuda 5k pay chesi EAD and AP ki eligible authana..if bill pass ithe or new comp tho approved ayaka 2 years wait cheyala..

You cannot transfer bayya , PERM aapprove avvali and apply 140 in premium (2015 date will be ported), initaiate ante file chesara inka prevelaing wage , recuritiment ante you are 1 yeaar away bayya

Yes based on rule initial you will be elgible bayya as yyour pd is 2015 but that bill is long way away we will know by christmas

@csrcsr Bro, Thanks for the info.  PERM initiate ante Prevailing wages and Recruitment aindi, ee week lo file chesthadanta PERM application chudali ennalu pattido. So just to confirm 140 file cheseppudu nenemana cheyala or attorney gadu so that I can port 2015 date.

@csrcsr - bro...My PD is May2017 with Company A.....Company A was acquired by Company B in 2020....and now  Company B has started my GC filing from the scratch again as the acquisition do not fall under successor-in-interest type......the new GC process with Company B is still in Prevailing wage determinization stage....at this point, can Company C take me on H1 transfer and start their GC processing ?

Yes Company C can still ddo h1 transfer you will get 3 years  and date will be ported, assuming you have passed 6 months after aapproval (which it is ,as it is done in 2017)

@csrcsr i interfiled my medicals on 16 and same day i got the RFE to submit my medicals (it asked for flu vaccine; when i got them done previously it was not flu time so my 693 did not include the flue) my laywer said get it updated doctor office gallu updating it .....ee strory twist enti ante last night my status changed as requuest for evidence received ( im guessing they are received the medivcals considered them as answer to rfe?). eee vishayam lawyer gallaki chepte we still send the medicals antundru .... USCIS PEOPLE ON DRUGS LOOKS LIKE

Any one faced this situation?
