next year phd will be done ..... will be applying for gc immediately after that  .... will be getting married next year to someome who is on H1B right now .... is it enough to have marriage certificate from outside US or should we also register in US if I need to have my future spouse also be on the application?

@csrcsrbro, avesamga 2021 oct lo dates move aytayemo ani eb2 -eb3 i140 downgrade applied in jun 2021. My pD is after 2015. So EB3 i140 downgrade still pending. don't want to apply for premium. Now i am thinking of moving to full time job. what are my options..

so suppose per suppose nenu h1b lo alage continue avthu ,spouse GC-EAD use cheyaccha to work ?

yes, ONLY she can change from H4 to GC-EAD .. with u staying in H-1b

going forward, in future, h1-b renewal cheyisthaav .. no need of H4 ..

It's OK bro you will retain the pd , chances in eb2 or eb3 is low dontbworry just move on

my EAD/AP pending... planning to travel arnd..what if it gets approved while i am in india? can i enter with AP...

 

visa slots NA so thinking of this option

AP processing lo unnapudu u can not travel back to USA anukuntuna, becos logically speaking all uscis cares about is not when u left USA but when u LAST ENTERED .. so AP approval card tho enter aithe u shall be good ani I am guessing

i dont think so..my colleague checked with attorney...last week he travelled to india..and ead/ap processing...attr told to update ap or reapply ap after cming back

Adhe attorney ni adagamanu, I have plans to travel back to USA only after my AP gets approved, in that case, do I have to reapply AP ani
