CONFUSED bros: what should I do? My PD is June 1 2012 and it is current from this month but I don’t have my i140 approved it is pending approval in reg processing. My 485 is pending with eb3 and it went to TSC. Now should I upgrade to premium and interfile? Or just don’t do anything and let it take it’s own sweet time in eb3. Will they allow i140 premium? Is it a hit and miss?

140 premium upgraade inka try cheyaleda or its missing on accepting

Interfile chesina better get the underlying 140 aapprovedd

, if you want tto refile alos you can try but many are saying even that is going to same center luck balaekapothe

I was ditched by my HR they said they will pay for it once it gets current so I was waiting. Now they are saying I have to pay out of pocket.

In my case renewal went to SRC.
