Mostly lawyers won't tell wrong if they say it's New meeku enduku doubt vastundi that it's amendment just because they are not responding for your interfile or refile req it doesn't mean that way but you can ask them again on what are they going to do since you are current in ev2 ...atb

I submitted req to upgrade to premium but it seems they accepted my pp request bro. May be because my FAD is current they accepted. USIS also case status updated

My FAD also current from last 3 months in EB2. Did your lawyer attached perm copy or any additional documents? I submitted FIOA requst to get perm copy and waiting.

As of last bulletin the filing dates is September 2013 , so the final actin might reach there is the guess
